Rimmel Haul

Hey guys! Hope you all had a great weekend!  Just a small Rimmel haul for you today.  A little while ago asos.com where having 30% off all Rimmel products so I decided to pick a few things up.

1. Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation - 100 Ivory - I have never tried this foundation and with 30% percent off, it brought the price under $10, so I thought I would try it out.  This is a luminous foundation, contains SPF 18 and comes in a glass bottle with a pump.

2. Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal Eyeliner Pencil - 014 Bright Blue - I love these liners as they are so creamy, pigmented and don't budge.  I also have them in Black, Nude, Purple, Brown and Silver. So if that's not a testament to how amazing they are, I don't know what is!  I thought I'd try the Bright Blue shade in the waterline and/or the bottom lash line for a bright pop of colour with a neutral eye look.

3. Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal Eyliner Pencil - 004 Taupe - It's not an exciting shade, but I don't own any eyeliners in this shade, usually the neutral shades are more bronze or dark brown so I thought this was fairly unique.  I have watery eyes and eyeshadow can smudge under the lashline, so this being waterproof would work well as a neutral shade for the bottom lashline.

4. Rimmel Natural Bronzer - 025 Sun Glow - It's so hard to pick colours online from the little thumbnails and even swatches online of bronzers can be hard to determine.  I couldn't decide between two shades so I purchased both and I'm glad I did as the colours online look nothing like the actual colours. (Online shades here).  Sun Glow is lighter than Sun Bronze but is much more orange and is pretty shimmery.  I try to stay away from orange and shimmer in bronzers usually so I'm not sure if we will get along. :(  It may end up being a blush or highlighter so I will have to let you know.

5. Rimmel Natural Bronzer - 022 Sun Bronze -  This shade on the website looks so dark I thought that I would be using it as a contour, but it's much lighter as you can see by the photos.  The shade reminds me of the much loved NYC Smooth Skin Bronzing Face Powder in Sunny, so I will have to do a comparison once I have used the Rimmel bronzer.  Being a cheaper bronzer I was expecting the texture to be a little hard and perhaps chalky, this is not the case at all and quite the opposite.

Have you tried any of these products before? What are your favourite Rimmel products?
